HOW I WORK

General
- I accept commissions via DM on social media (FB, X, Discord) or through VGen
- Canvas size larger than 3000px at 300dpi (RGB). Please let me know if you want to change before work begins!
- Personal use artwork will include a small signature. A signature-free version will be provided for commercial use
- Estimated time to complete the commission is 4-10 days. I will inform you of the deadline when I start working on it. I always do my best to draw and complete commissions on time. However, if something comes up, I will notify you immediately and give you a new deadline
- I send progress updates whenever a step is completed, or when you ask. Feel free to ask me for update at anytime!
- If I don't get a reply from you within a week, I will have to cancel the commission
- I do not draw NFSW or any content I find uncomfortable or offensiveRevisions
- I only make revisions during the sketch phase
- Minor changes are free. However, if you take advantage of this to make things difficult for me, I reserve the right to cancel the commission
- Major changes (e.g., changing the pose, changing the commission style) will be charged depending on what changes you make
- Once completed, I only make minor adjustments or edit any mistakes that I made

PAYMENT

- A 50% upfront payment is required, the remaining 50% must be paid after the sketch phase is approved. Of course, paying 100% upfront is also perfectly fine!
- Payment due within 3 days of quotation. Failure to pay will result in the cancellation of your order
- However, if you have any problems, please communicate with me, I am willing to wait within reason. But if you postpone it multiple times, I still have to cancel your commission
- For now, payment accept through Domestic Bank Transfer and VGen (Stripe) only

CANCELLATION & REFUNDS

- I reserve the right to cancel the commission due to rude or disrespectful behavior. So please respect each other!
- Once started I do not give full refunds
- If I postpone/miss deadline by more than 30 days, I will issue a 130% refund
- Here is an example of a refund:
Cancelled before I started - 100% refund of amount paid
Cancelled during sketch phase - 50% refund of amount paid
Cancelled after sketch phase - refunds will be based on the progress of the project

RIGHTS

- Granted for personal use only (e.g., profile pictures, personal prints)
- Do not use the artwork for AI (all artwork during the drawing process, including WIPs)
- Always credit me when posting artwork on any social media
- Do not edit or modify the artwork in any way without my permissionArtist • Me
- I retain all copyright, ownership, and intellectual property rights
- I reserve the right to post the artwork, WIPs, or timelapses, etc. on my social media and portfolio (excluding private commissions)
